From the intersection of NC Highway 24 and NC Highway 70, go east 2.2 miles on

70, toward downtown Morehead City. Turn right on Banks Street (just after Colony
Tire)

continue straight toward the water. The CMAST Building is the waterfront,
4-story, brick
building.
If you miss Banks Street, you can take the next right and circle through the
college.
