USCF Membership is available at tournament or online at www.uschess.org   (Ages 16-19 $25.00, Ages 13-15  $19.00, Ages birth thru 12  $17.00).  Players without documented USCF membership through March 2008 must pay the dues to be allowed to play.

Byes:  One 1/2pt. bye, not available for the last round.  Registering after 8 a.m. Saturday uses this bye for round one.  Extra rounds missed will be a zero point bye.  We must be notified in advance of byes or the player will be forfeited, withdrawn from the tournament and not allowed to play in later rounds.

Pre-registrations, including byes will be posted on the web (www.cmsca.org) and on the wall charts after each round; correction requests are the responsibility of the player.
